Introductory call

This 1-hour introductory call is my gift to you: It is free of charge for you and requires no further commitment. In this call we can get to know each other to see if we are a good fit in terms of goals, background, skills and personality. My goal is to learn more about you, what brings you to this work and what you’re hoping to get out of it.

You will have plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you have and to learn more about me and what our work together might look like. In the call, I encourage you to pay special attention to whether there is a feeling of safety, trust and good chemistry there - those are all essential for working together productively.

Pricing & Process

Meetings take place via the video conferencing tool Zoom and typically last 60 minutes (longer times can also be arranged).

There are no package deals or long-term commitments, we work on a session by session basis.

I’m based in Germany, so sessions are scheduled around the European time zone (CEST).

I don't want to exclude anyone for financial reasons if possible. That's why I work on a sliding scale pricing model, which means that I offer a certain price range instead of a fixed price.

The range for my fee is 85-125 € (approximately $95-135) for a session of 60 min. Within this range, you are free to choose an amount that feels right for you, feels fair and works for you financially - no questions asked. There is no hidden pressure to chose a higher amount.

The idea behind sliding scale pricing is to ensure that income doesn't become a barrier to accessing this work. Those who are most in need of support often have low incomes. The idea is that those who have the means pay more, so I can offer my work at a reduced rate to those who otherwise wouldn’t be able afford it. 85 € is the minimum rate at which I can still make a living.
